There are a number of circular  walks provided by the County Council in association with the Redditch Borough Council.

These start and finish at  the  Arrow Valley Country Park, Battens Drive, Redditch and  are the

• Woodland Trail: which is a 2½ mile walk through woodland.
• Meadows Trail: which is a 1½  trail through meadowland .
• Lakeside Trail: a 1 mile walk around the Arrow Valley lake.
• Millers Trail: a  2 mile route along the River Arrow to the Forge Mill Needle Museum.

Worcestershire Wildlife Trust have information on Ipsley Alders Marsh a downloadable map showing paths within the reserve and details on what you can see.

Forge Mill Needle Museum and Bordesley Abbey Visitor Centre, although have an attractive interactive ‘explore our attractions plan’ on their web site.

The Ramblers Association have a useful resource giving long and short distance walks and also group walks. Simply put in your postcode to find walks in your area..
